Happy Holidays….Christmas is over waiting for the new year to start…I did manage to make a few hats and heating pads before Christmas eve….I broke my needles on my serger….I finally was able to get new needles for it…I hope it works…I got a sewing box and steamer for Christmas and a couple of other things
It’s that time again…cutting down to the wire to make gifts….I already made two table runners ,two blankets,bowl cozies,a huge floor pillow,and many more to come…Not mention making stockings for every member in my family…The only time ,I can get this done is my days off which is few…
I was able to finish both tutu’s by 1 am…I decided to sew the ends together to give it a finished look…I am very proud of it…Especially getting two of them done in two days…
I woke up late …so this adds to my challenge…Plus, I have to take my husband to work…This is going to be a late night for me…This is what I woke up to …Shadow watching over my tutu’s…I did manage to get the first tutu half way done….
My youngest daughter wanted to be her favorite wrestler on t.v. ,but she wanted to wear all black clothes for Halloween…
That’s not going to happen!!!
I am making not one but two tutu’s before Wednesday…One for my youngest and oldest daughter…Since I have to work on Halloween…My oldest volenteered…to take her sister trick -treating… I am using 3 yards of glow in the dark tulle,4 yards of neon green, and 4 yards of purple…I am so full of glitter right now….
Yesterday, was the first time that I was able to sew….
My youngest daughter needed a gym bag for school…
It had to be a mesh one no less…
I was going to buy her one..
Then I remembered that I know how to sew and make one for her…
I made her an Eagles gym bag..Guess what ? No pattern!!
Last Wednesday..We were told to leave from my in-laws ..Guess what…They gave my husband an ultimatum …Them or me…He picked me…They tried to take my youngest daughter from us…didn’t happen!!! The good thing about this ,we are now living with my mom..I have Shadow and Axle with me…I don’t have Chole yet….We don’t have to pay $320 a week anymore…We can stay here until we can afford our own place….

I have been dealing with health issues with my youngest daughter and myself….
I was finally able to load my pictures that I used with my camera…..

I am not 100% done with it yet….
I have to put the elastic in it and have it adjusted to my daughter…..
As you can see that Chole wanted to help as well….
I finished the other plastic bag holder….
It took a couple of months to finish it….
I used the serger on it to give a finished look….
Of course, it is the Harry Potter fabric….
The white fabric is a knit fabric…..
The reasoning behind it …So it expand with the amount of plastic bags in it…
I have been busy lately with work…
I decided to make a pair of leggings for my youngest daughter….
I have been using my serger for the seams…
I find it easier to work with….
Next is a pair of shorts
