Yesterday was my birthday…..
There was a thunderstorm…
My husband was at work….
I made my birthday cake again…
I made my dinner and cleaned it up…
My youngest daughter decorated my cake

Today is good day
Well..Today is a good day…
My father-in-law is getting released…
My daughters birthday was good…I made her a rainbow cake
I made myself a good breakfast
Now…I have to get the house clean before he comes home!!!!
Bowl cozy # 1
I am kind of upset….I bought cotton thread….and it is no where to be seen….
Now, I have to buy more thread….This is the bowl cozy that I was working on earlier….
I saw this fabric last year and I loved it…I bought it of course…
I ended up making a bowl cozy….
It is 11 inches….a little bigger….
Kyle is going crazy…and he won’t leave me alone…He has food in his dish….
De-stress
Remember when I said that I was sewing ….I was trying to work on the denim and flannel quilt….
I am trying to de-stress myself…..
With everything that is going on right now….It is kind of hard to focus….As you can see that Kyle was trying to help again….Not really…He wanted treats….
Update – Father in law part 2
Update…My Father in law made it through surgery…quadruple bypass…
Going later to the hospital…
I have a lot homework to make up…
I have a lot of energy…
I am sewing right now…and listening to music….
Don’t worry….I will work on my homework
Update-Father in law
I know that sometimes…I talk about my in laws in a negative manner…
That is because they are my in laws and we have different views on many things….
As of now….My father in law was transferred to a different hospital……
We found out that he was having mini silent strokes….
Monday….he had a procedure due to open the main arteries to help with the strokes….
We were just informed that he has to get open heart surgery on Friday…..
The stress is overwhelming ……
I am trying to get everything done for my family….
Plus, schoolwork,housework,work,and driver…and everything else….
Please pray for my family ….as we go through this rough patch……
My Sewing/ craft area
I am supposed to be doing my homework ….
I am a little behind…
This area is my sewing/craft space…..
Plus, it is part of my bedroom as well….
As you can see that I haven’t been able to sew….
It is driving me nuts!!!!
It is a big mess!!!!
I want to sew badly and I can’t ….I have to do my homework……
Vent part 2
An update on my father in law…
He was transferred to another hospital to get surgery…He was having mini strokes….
Since I am home …due to schedule decrease….I am going to try to work on projects….
Plus…homework and household chores….
Boy…being an adult can be hard
Today’s vent
Yesterday, it wasn’t a good start….
My father-in-law was admitted in the hospital…his back went out and his blood sugar was super high…
I had to go to work….It wasn’t too bad… I did find out that they cut my hours…not happy about it…maybe, I can get some crafting done….
I didn’t have anytime to do my homework….
I want to start making things to sell….Anyone have good ideas?
I was thinking about something with table runners,bowl cozies,or wreaths….
Mug Rug
I forgot to post about the mug rug that I made….
I just used the scraps of fabric that I had left over….
I used some flannel and a small scrap of wrap and zap….
What is a mug rug for those,who haven’t heard of one…
It is like a hot pad for your mug….
If you notice…Chole had to help or at least make sure the fabric was okay…..
